SHIPPING

Please allow 1-4 days to prepare & process your order before shipping. For all orders placed within the US, allow shipping within 3-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed from outside of the US, allow shipping to take up to 7 – 10 business days (not including weekends & holidays). Total shipping fee and taxes will be stated in the checkout; note that the cost may increase due to the weight of the package.

Additionally, PLEASE ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If returned due to inaccurate address provided, you are responsible to pay for shipping again. We are not responsible for lost packages.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
TRACKING

All tracking numbers will be provided once order has been processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are sent with email provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for ANY lost items. If your tracking number says that the package has been “DELIVERED” yet you have not received your package, you will have to contact the USPS carrier .  

 

RETURNS & REFUND

Returns may be allowed EXCEPT on beauty and body care products.

Any customers requesting a return MUST be requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery date of customer's purchase order. All shoes and accessories are eligible for return if:

I. Unworn - No evidence of outside wear or tear on shoes. Accessories must be in original good condition without any marks, tears, or broken. Customers may still wear as a try-on, but is responsible to avoid any damage, scuffs, tears, dirt, etc. in order to qualify for a return.

II. Damaged - If purchase items arrive damaged during shipping, customer may choose to 

        a.) exchange for a same or different color/ product of same value of original purchase. Sale items are not eligible with exchanges.

        b.) request full refund of purchase item that was damaged. For refund, a store credit or return on method of payment may be given by request.

 

III. Order Arrived Later Than Expected - Order arrived late? We apologize your order arrived too late to suit your purpose. We will issue a refund on your return via store credit or original form of payment.

 

ALL RETURNING ITEMS MUST SEND PICTURE(S) FOR PROOF OF DAMAGE/BROKEN ITEMS , RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, MEET SHOP RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS FOR FULL REFUND.

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO PAYMENT METHOD USED AT CHECKOUT OR WILL BE GIVEN A STORE CREDIT. SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE!

What is the size range for our shoes?

Women's 5.5 - 11. Note that select styles range up to a Women's size 11.

How long will my order take?

What if I need to return an item(s)?

No problem! You may request to make a return within 14 days of the confirmed delivery status of your order. We just ask you to show proof of the item you are returning has been unworn and undamaged. See SHOP POLICIES.

What do I do with my shipping box?

We highly encourage you to RECYCLE your shipping box, if you decide to not keep boxes.

Free shipping will only apply if your subtotal is over the minimum amount after any

SHIPPING INFORMATION

STANDARD SHIPPING COST | $8.00

EXPEDITED SHIPPING COST | $12.90

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, apart from National
holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.

All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. Some shoes are not
shipped with boxes; however, you may request shoe boxes within the orders notes
while on the “My Bag” page before proceeding checkout.

Orders are fulfilled following verification and credit
authorization. You may also request for a signature upon delivery in the "order notes " or by emailing us.

Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. If
your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. If you fail to receive an order update due to manual verification requirement, please feel free to contact.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL ANY ORDERS DUE TO POTENTIAL FRAUD.

Transit time begins after the ship-off date. All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS.

We accept orders being shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. Territories.

TRACKING

We provide tracking information on all orders. We use UPS and USPS as shipping carriers. Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been
shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided.

Please make the necessary arrangements to be present
at the time of delivery.
An authorized signature can be requested in the order notes before proceeding to checkout or by emailing, shopthejlex@gmail.com.

*IMPORTANT*

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT SHOW “DELIVERED”.  Should your delivery status be updated to delivered
and you have yet to receive your order, you may be entitled to some form of
compensation, however, a claim will need to be submitted with the carrier to assist you with resolving your dispute.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

RETURN

YOUR FIRST RETURN LABEL IS FREE ON US! For any other returns made afterwards, the customer is held responsible for a return shipping label.

Customers requesting to return an item(s) from their order MUST be within 14 days of delivery date to qualify for a full refund back to original form of payment method. If return requested is past the 14 day policy, and within 30 days of delivery date, the customer will receive a store credit (that never expires) to use towards their future purchase. Please note, refunds are issued for the item cost excluding any shipping
expense. Cash refunds are not offered. Once we have received
your return, the items eligible for a refund will be credited back within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation after your refund is processed
on our end.

Items that have an additional markdown price are final sale. Selected promotions/sales sent via emailing list, social media, or displayed on website banners will indicate if the promotion/sale is final sale. THE JLX LABEL reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion/sale at any time without notice. Orders that exceed our returns and exchange time frame
are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGE

If a customer does not want a full refund for an item, but instead wish to exchange the item for a different size or color, may do so by request within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchange request for a different product can be for equal or less value, the difference will be given as a store credit. If exchange for a different product is for a higher value, customer must pay the diffence in amount. An exchange is ONLY ELIGIBLE ON HEELS, BOOTS, AND HANDBAGS. After 14 days of the customer's delivery date, an exchange is not allowed.

ALL CUSTOMERS REQUESTING ELIGIBLE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MUST SEND PROOF OF THE ITEM TO SHOW THE ITEM HAS BEEN UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION.
