TRACKING
Please keep in mind the following information:
All orders will be processed within 1 to 4 days and shipped on the following business days, Monday to Friday. We provide tracking information for all orders. The transit time starts the next business day (not including holiday delays) after your order has been shipped. You will have the ability to track your package the entire way with the provided shipment confirmation.
Please ensure that you are available at the time of delivery or have an efficient method to receive your package. You can request an authorized signature by including a note in your order before checking out or by emailing shopthejlex@gmail.com.
*IMPORTANT*
We will not be responsible for missing packages marked as "delivered." If your delivery status shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, you may be eligible for compensation. However, you will need to file a claim with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Please note that you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a claim, as detailed in our "Return & Exchange" policy.
