We ship every order with care! All orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days (Mon–Sat) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow for possible delays on national holidays.

Follow Your Package!
Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you. We want to ensure your order is in your hands safely!

If your package shows “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly.

Easy Returns Within 14 Days

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable Items:

• Sunglasses
• Handmade accessories (unless damaged)
• Clearance items (unless damaged)
  

Footwear & Handbags:

• Must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
  
• Trying on is okay, but handle carefully
  

Damaged Items:

• Exchange for the same or another item of equal value
  
• Request a refund or store credit
  
  (Sale items are not eligible for exchanges)
  

Return Instructions:

1. Provide proof of damage sent via email or by submission of our return form.
   
2. Return in original packaging
   

First return is FREE on us. Additional returns require a shipping label (or may request to be deducted from refund)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and all returns are subject to approval.

All payments are processed securely, ensuring your personal and financial information is protected at checkout. If an error occurs while processing your order, you will be promptly notified to resolve the issue.
