Shipping policy

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is eligible on orders over the total amount of $60.00 before taxes and discounts. All orders will be processed within 1 to 4 days and shipped on the following business days, Monday to Friday. If you place an order on the last business day after 2 pm, it will be shipped on the next business day, starting Monday. This applies to both STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping methods. Please note that THE JLX LABEL is committed to ensuring that all customers receive their package promptly based on the chosen delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), except on national holidays when there might be a delay. For all orders placed within the United States, allow shipping within 3-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed from outside of the United States, allow shipping to take up to 7 – 10 business days (not including weekends & holidays). All customers should confirm the address where the package will be delivered, as well as verify the preferred payment method is up to date with sufficient funds before processing. All clearance sales are final unless stated otherwise.
