We are proud to carefully select and source our inventory (excluding our handmade collection) to ensure that we offer the latest styles and help you express your fashion personality. Please note that your women's heels, boots, or booties may be shipped in their original shoe box packaging from our vendor unless the box is in poor condition. In such cases, the style item will be placed in THE JLX LABEL branded packaging. If you prefer to receive our branded shoe boxes, you can request them in the order notes. We assure you that we inspect all items before shipping to ensure that your purchase is in good condition. If at any point you feel that we have not met this standard, we sincerely apologize, and you may request a return, exchange, or refund following our policy.

Orders are fulfilled following verification and credit
authorization. You may also request a signature upon delivery in the "order notes " or by emailing us.

Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. If your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. Transit time begins after the ship-off date. All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS.

We accept orders being shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. Territories.
